At Interactive Learning Solutions we have a core team of associates covering all areas of project development, client liaison and delivery; drawn from HR, L&D, career guidance, psychology and drama-based training backgrounds.
We also use specialist partners as and when necessary for training delivery and ongoing support.
Our approach has enabled numerous public and private sector clients to win prestigious awards and best practice accolades including National Training Awards, ENEI Awards, IIP Gold, Times Top 100 and Which - Best Retailer Awards.
The team is led by Russell Watters, who brings more than 25 years of experience in training design and delivery. Russell is a coach, consultant, trainer and expert in experiential learning specialising in the development and delivery of both live and digital programmes that drive real, and measurable behavioural change.
