ILS’s approach to training brings policy to life, and real life into the training room, often dealing with very emotive subjects. We move past the stereotypical and superficial aspects of diversity to help individuals truly understand that embracing and valuing difference is fundamental to organisational success and respected, appreciated, and productive individuals. This can only be achieved by engaging with learners on an emotive level, which will leave long-lasting memories to drive behavioural change.

Programmes range from induction level awareness raising workshops focusing on Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion, to senior leadership and advanced Diversity and Inclusion projects. We are also increasingly helping our clients to explore the real impact of Unconscious Bias in recruitment and performance management.
